Lake Norman is not one design market. A townhome near a village center, a wooded lot, and a waterfront home need different focal points. We plan around the view that matters, then build a display that reads clearly from there.
Designing for the property
Street view is only one possible view
Some properties need to read from a road or long driveway. Others are planned around a patio, dock-side view, or gathering space closer to the house. Establishing that priority keeps the lighting budget focused and prevents a large property from becoming a collection of unrelated features.
Preparing for the property review
Lake Norman requests should label each image by view: road, driveway, water, patio, or main entry. Include wooded edges, slopes, gates, and long cord routes. A clear priority among those views is more useful than asking to light the entire property.

Install
Our crew installs the approved design with commercial-grade lighting, greenery, discreet attachment methods, properly routed cords, and a dedicated timer.

Seasonal maintenance is part of the service. If weather or a failed bulb affects the display, our maintenance workflow sends the details to the right crew.

Takedown
After the season, our crew removes the display with the same care used during installation and closes out the project for the year.
