Information you send us

Quote and maintenance forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, project details, preferred timing, access notes, and any photos or videos you choose to provide. We use that information to review the property, prepare and discuss a proposal, schedule and deliver service, respond to maintenance requests, and keep necessary business records.

Form and website providers

Our forms are provided through GoHighLevel and its LeadConnector services. Those providers process form information on our behalf. Netlify hosts the website. Form security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile, may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and interaction data needed to display and protect the form.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the website and whether a visit leads to a quote request or phone call. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technology and receive technical and usage information such as pages viewed, general browser or device information, and interactions with website links. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, or form responses to Google Analytics.

Merry & Bright does not currently run a Meta advertising pixel on this website, and the embedded forms do not have a Meta Pixel ID configured. The form provider may use essential storage or cookies needed for form security and operation.

Reviews and project photography

We may display excerpts from publicly posted customer reviews using a first name and last initial, along with a general service area. Project photos shown beside a review may be representative work rather than that reviewer's property; those photos are labeled as Merry & Bright project photos when they are not a confirmed match. Contact us if you would like a review excerpt or property photo corrected or removed.

How long information is kept

We keep customer and project information for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, maintain project records, respond to questions, and meet business or legal obligations. The length of time depends on the type of record and whether service is ongoing.
